Managing the South Bay

Schofield Properties, Property Management in Southern California

Schofield Properties is a family run property management company based at 323 Richmond St in El Segundo, California. We have managed rental property in the South Bay since 1972. Today we personally oversee about 186 doors across the South Bay, the Westside, and Central Los Angeles.

There is no call center here. The person who leases your unit is the same person who answers the phone when a pipe breaks on a Sunday night. We handle tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and monthly owner reporting, and you can watch all of it from your owner dashboard.

We manage single family homes, small multi family buildings, and larger apartment communities. Owners come to us because they want one person accountable for the building, not a queue.
